Henley Beach Jetty

Henley Beach Jetty is a stunning piece of South Australian history. This iconic jetty has been standing since 1882, and it is a must-see attraction for visitors to the area. The jetty stretches more than 440 metres into the Gulf of St Vincent, making it one of the longest jetties in Australia. It is also one of the most popular fishing spots in South Australia. If you’re looking for an amazing piece of history to explore, Henley Beach Jetty is definitely worth a visit!

The jetty was damaged in a storm in 2016 and was carefully and tastefully renovated and reopened in 2018. This included the replacement of worn timber and support beams and a new shelter at the end of the jetty, making it a nice place to sit and look out over the water with a coffee or an ice cream.
